Have you made your choice? Then it's time to check out. Click on 'basket' at the top right of the screen to complete and pay for your order.

Ordering without an Account
No problem! You can of course place an order in our webshop without creating an account. If you do choose a KAS20 account, you can find your orders again and your details are saved for your next order.

Changing or Cancelling
Would you like to change or cancel your order? Please contact us as soon as possible via chat, email or phone (see contact).

Payment
Pay for your online order at KAS20 securely via:
iDEAL, credit card, PayPal. Cash payment is possible in one of our showrooms.

Delivery and Assembly
All orders to be delivered to an address in the Netherlands are delivered by us and can be assembled on site. Once we have received your order and payment, we will contact you to arrange a delivery appointment.

Warranty
Of course you get the warranty you are legally entitled to. But we hope it never comes to that. Do you have a question or are you not satisfied? Contact us via chat, email or phone (see contact) and we will work it out together.

Once you have ordered your dream table, you can choose to collect it or have it delivered. You can collect your table free of charge from our workshop in De Kwakel. Alternatively, you can have the table delivered by Kas20, including assembly.  

If you choose to collect the table yourself, we will supply the screws to assemble it. We will also wrap the table and help you load it. If you choose delivery and assembly by Kas20, the table will be delivered by our partner Budget Transport. The table will be assembled and put in the right place. The delivery driver also takes the packaging away, so we can reuse or recycle it. If you prefer a two-person delivery or a delivery including a furniture lift, that is also possible. Contact us to discuss the options. 

Before we come to deliver, it's useful to go through these points:

- If you have chosen a table with a one-piece base, such as a cube frame, please check the dimensions of the doors and windows. This lets us assess whether the table and base can be carried inside.

- If there are corners, stairwells or bends to get past, please check carefully that the table will fit through. 

- If the table is going to a business, please let us know the opening hours so we can take them into account.

- Is there any other obstacle? Please let us know.
