Delivery
We can deliver your dream table to your home and assemble it on the spot (excluding the Wadden Islands).
We offer various delivery methods. Delivery always includes free assembly. Our delivery team assembles the furniture and places it in the right spot. Chairs and TV units are an exception to this.
Please note: chairs are not assembled as standard. Would you like them assembled? Contact Kas20 Service after placing your online order, or ask the sales assistant in store.
Kas20 delivery costs
You pay the delivery cost of the largest piece of furniture in your order. Everything else in the same delivery is charged at the lower rate in the Delivered together column. For example, if you order a 240 cm dining table with 6 chairs, you pay €99 + €12.50 = €111.50.

If there are any special circumstances, we would like to hear about them in advance.
Before delivery, it is useful to read the following tips carefully. If a furniture lift is required, the costs are borne by the customer. Another option is delivery to the front door on the ground floor.
Collecting yourself
- As the customer, you are responsible for arranging suitable transport.
- You must pack the furniture properly yourself to prevent damage during transport.
- Kas20 Designmeubels is not liable for damage to the furniture if you transport it yourself.
- Packaging materials are not included when collecting yourself.
Important for delivery via a furniture lift
- If a parking exemption is required, this is your responsibility.
- Measure the windows/doors through which the order must pass very carefully. Take into account any special delivery conditions, such as the position of the furniture lift or a French balcony.
Tips for a smooth delivery
- Make sure there is an easily accessible path
- Let us know if we can only come between certain times, for example because of bollards in the city centre. Unfortunately, we cannot take preferred times into account.
- Parking permits
- Check the dimensions of windows, doors and stairs through which the table must pass carefully in advance. Only a spacious staircase is an option.
- Check the corners/bends through which the table must pass and measure them.
We find that our customers sometimes underestimate the weight of the tabletops. Our tabletops can only be moved lengthwise. They cannot be transported vertically (upright). In addition, we have to comply with health and safety regulations for our delivery team.
